He is a capital member of the Ferraiuoli LLC law firm and heads the firm's Corporate Department. He is currently an Adjunct Professor at the UPR Law School where for fifteen years he has taught advanced courses on Business Organizations and Mergers and Acquisitions.

Mari Evelyn Rodriguez

General Director of March Saldaña, the current leader in insurance brokerage and risk management services in Puerto Rico. She joined Marsh after an extensive career at most financial institutions, serving as Senior Vice President of Platinum and Commercial Banking at FirstBank. Ms. Rodríguez also served as Treasurer for the Board of Directors of the non-profit organization's Sor Isolina Ferré Center.

Recognized for her career in the judiciary and as a professor at the law schools of the University of Puerto Rico, Inter-American, and the Pontifical Catholic University. Fiol- Matta is the author of numerous legal writings.
